What does payment by results mean?
All applicable terms are agreed before the service begins.
Successful removal
A result is achieved when the specific content identified in your agreed removal service has actually been removed, in accordance with the agreed terms.
No removal obtained
If we are unable to obtain a removal agreed on a results-based basis, you are not charged for that unsuccessful removal.
Multiple reviews
Each review covered by a removal service is identified in your proposal. The billing terms for partial success are agreed in advance.
Other services
Services other than expressly agreed results-based removals, including ongoing online reputation management, are subject to separate commercial terms communicated in advance.

When do I have to pay?
For a results-based removal service, you are billed once the agreed removal has been successfully obtained and verified, in accordance with your proposal.
What happens if my review isn't removed?
If we cannot obtain the agreed removal under a results-based service, you will not be charged for that unsuccessful removal.
What if only one of my reviews is removed?
When your case involves several reviews, the billing arrangements for successful and unsuccessful removals are defined in your proposal.
Is review removal guaranteed?
No. Each platform makes its own decisions regarding the removal of reported content. Payment by results determines when you are billed; it does not guarantee the outcome of a request.
Does payment by results apply to all your services?
No. It applies only to removal services expressly offered on a results-based basis. Review management, reputation monitoring, listing corrections and other services may be subject to separate commercial terms.
How long does review removal take?
Processing times depend on the platform, the nature of the content and how the request is handled. No specific removal timeframe can be guaranteed.
